报告题目：Certain Consensus Problems

内容简介：

In this talk, we will give an introduction on consensus problems.Then we consider consensus-type algorithms for networked systems whose topologiesswitch randomly. The regime-switching process is modeled as adiscrete-time Markov chain with a finite state space. The consensus control is achieved by using stochastic approximation methods. Because the parameter processand the adaptation speed are different, we face the problems of multi-scale systems. Under suitable conditions, we present asymptotic properties of the algorithms.

教授简介：

  George Yin教授是随机优化和随机控制的专家，IEEEFollow (2002)，IFAC Fellow (2014-2017)，SIAM Fellow（2015）。现任Wayne州立大学数学系教授。George Yin教授于1984年取得布朗大学应用数学硕士学位，1987年同时获得布朗大学应用数学博士学位和电气工程硕士学位。随后进入Wayne州立大学任讲师、助理教授、副教授，并于1996年晋升为教授。2001年获得查尔斯·H·格申森杰出教师奖。自1989年至今，连续获得美国国家科学基金会基金资助。

        George Yin教授精通多个研究方向，在随机控制、系统识别与估计、信号过程、通讯网络、应用概率和随机过程、随机近似与优化、奇异摄动、随机系统的数值解和随机系统理论等领域都有丰富的研究成果。在SCI刊物上表国际论文300余篇，出版6本专著，现任SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization副主编，台湾数学杂志副主编，控制论及其应用副主编。Nonlinear Analysis: Real World Applications等杂志编委。曾任IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control等杂志的副主编(1994-1998)，Automatica杂志副主编(2005-2011)。在多个国际学术会议上做邀请报告。
